FAMILY & CHILDREN

Children's Books for the Way America Lives
Soon to be available from We Are Traverse City, Inc.

Books can sometimes help children understand feelings they´re having or problems they are encountering in their everyday lives. A book that treats an issue a child is dealing with helps that child understand that he or she is not alone. And books on disabilities, social problems, or diseases can also help children understand and be more sensitive to what others might be going through. Our books cover a wide range of topics including adoption, Down syndrome, asthma, and the loss of a loved one.

Proceeds will be used to support our advocacy and mission : pure water, real food, clean air, safe schools, and a safe & livable community for all in Traverse City.
